I had originally planned never to share this as it's not a typical BJM show. However, several people have asked for it...so here it is.
But first here's the story.
BJM had been continuously touring the US in 2005 and finally made their way to Texas in August when Anton lost his voice. After the Dallas show he canceled the rest of the tour. However, instead of canceling Dallas for the 2nd time in two years he decided to try to put on a show. Anton came out and told everyone that he's lost his voice but they were going to try something different.
So for the next 45 minutes we got one long continuous incredible jam session. When that was over Anton brought up fans from the audience to sing. Then, he brought out Rob Campanella from The Quarter After, who used to play in BJM to help with the vocal duties. Anton said something like lets leave it to the professionals, referring to the fans that couldn't sing/perform very well. For the finale they did another long jam session.
When the show started the venue was completely packed but people started leaving during the long jam sessions and when they realized that they weren't going to get a typical BJM show. By the time the show was over there was only a fraction of the audience left. Some people just don't get it. This was such a train wreck of a show but it was truly something special. They pulled something off that most bands couldn't. I didn't leave feeling disappointed in the least but I've seen the band before and have heard enough bootlegs that I don't feel like I really missed out on anything. Rather I really enjoyed this show and it's one of the most memorable ones I've ever seen.
Enjoy the show.

The Drugs Are Working is a blog created to share live recordings from bands that I taped from 2002 through 2006 in Dallas/Ft Worth/Denton, Texas area. Also, I'm back from the break so look for the new stuff.
To date I have recorded 166 performances. I will post those shows that I recorded in absolutely no obvious order.
I don't care if you repost my work onto other boards but at least give me credit on your post and direct the link here to download the show. Help spread the word.
Let me know if you find any dead links and I'll repost it.
