The Drugs Are Working is a blog created to share live recordings from bands that I taped from 2002 through 2006 in Dallas/Ft Worth/Denton, Texas area. Also, I'm back from the break so look for the new stuff.

To date I have recorded 166 performances. I will post those shows that I recorded in absolutely no obvious order.

I don't care if you repost my work onto other boards but at least give me credit on your post and direct the link here to download the show. Help spread the word.

Let me know if you find any dead links and I'll repost it.

This made me laugh the first time I saw it as well. Do you know where it originates from though?

And hey btw. I read your blog almost every day but usually just lurk. Set up my own blog today with a band mate at the following URL:

If you want to hear our music then:

Other than that, keep up the brilliant work. You've broadened my music horizons a lot and increased my music library with endless bootlegs, for which I cannot say thank-you enough.

Hey, I just found it on BJM's myspace page. I read something about that it was supposed to be used on the Simpsons but never was...I don't know. I just thought it was hilarous. Joel is my favorite.

Thanks for the support, I'll check out your blog/myspace tonight when I get home. Good luck with everything.

Thanks.

Cool man. I'm seeing The Dillentantes as part of The Dream Machine pub festival weekend in Sheffield next month, which should be awesome. Check out http://www.myspace.com/dreammachineuk
to find out more.

But I'm sure you'll read about that when we update the page over the next few days. Also Dead Meadow on Sunday. Bah, I'm just rambling my excitement now.

Ciao.

I just stumbled across this-
I wondered if this drawing was gonna be used!
Not to bum everyone out, but I drew this and sadly, I have nothing to do with the show...
